1. Who we are

LT2 (lt2.app) is a sports training analysis platform. The data controller is Carlos Orozco Jiménez, who can be contacted at hello.lt2.app@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: name and email address provided by Google when signing in via OAuth.
  • Sports activities: data imported from Strava (activities, heart rate, cadence, power, GPS and speed streams) or uploaded manually as FIT or GPX files.
  • Calculated metrics: heart rate zones, training load, lactate threshold, estimated VO2max and other metrics derived from your activities.
  • Technical data: error logs and usage data needed for the service to work correctly.

3. How we use your data

  • Display and analyze your sports activities within the platform.
  • Calculate performance metrics and training load.
  • Automatically sync new activities from Strava via webhook.
  • Send in-app notifications (if you have enabled them).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Strava data

When you connect your Strava account, LT2 accesses the following data through the Strava API:

  • Activity information (type, distance, duration, elevation, name).
  • Data streams (heart rate, cadence, power, GPS, speed).
  • Activity laps and segments.

This data is used exclusively to display and analyze your training within LT2. You can disconnect your Strava account at any time from Settings. When you disconnect it, we stop receiving new activities, but already imported data is kept until you delete your account.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to hello.lt2.app@gmail.com.

6. Security

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Access is protected by authentication and data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello.lt2.app@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify significant changes through the app. Continued use of the service after the changes implies acceptance of the new policy.
