Import activities

Upload the files from your watch or from Strava: one at a time or your whole history at once.

Upload your watch’s ZIP as it is

Ask your brand for your data export and drag the ZIP in: LT2 pulls the activities out and imports them all, newest first. Single FIT, GPX and TCX files work too.

How to get your data from each brand

With Garmin, COROS, Polar or Strava you request a ZIP of your whole history and upload it as it is. With Suunto, for now, one workout at a time as FIT.

  1. 1 Open the data export page of your Garmin account and sign in. Open Garmin ↗
  2. 2 Tap “Request Data Export”.
  3. 3 You’ll get an email with a link to a ZIP. It usually takes a day or two; with many years of data, up to 30. Download it as soon as it arrives: the link expires.
  4. 4 Upload it here as it is: we find your activities inside.

Just a few? In Garmin Connect (web), open the activity and choose “Export Original” from the gear menu.

No duplicates, newest first

If you upload the same activity twice, or it arrives two ways, LT2 keeps one, the most complete. And the newest is imported first, so you get your analysis as soon as possible.
